Fast, efficient, honest service.

Working with ACE was not only fast but very easy and i felt extremely taken care of. Brian not only was keeping me up-to-date along the way, but when i went to leave he came out asking what was going on, made a notation of it, and asked that i come into ACE for my 90k miles so he can look into it. Needless to say i'll be back in the 5-600 miles left till the 90k. Doubt i'll go anywhere else anymore - A+ Thanks again!

Found ACE on internet after my truck started making a horrible noise. Got an appt the next day with a free loaner. ACE diagnosed the problem quickly. They gave me my repair options and pushed for the less expensive option; this was appreciated. Staff was very polite and courteous too. It's only been a couple days, but truck's doing great so far. Thanks guys!

Brian took in my vehicle which required a new water pump on very short notice...on a Friday...also a small holiday where some others were closed (Good Friday)...and on top of all that - they were already pretty busy that day. Nevertheless, Brian and his awesome hard working team were able to get my car finished before closing time so that I had my car for the weekend! Thank you Brian and A.C.E. Automotive! I'm a 70 year old Woman on my own. Brian allowed me to be part of the decision making process. He explained and educated me where and when I wanted him to and he let me be my old pro-active self. I ask a lot of questions. There were no surprise charges. The shop is immaculate the work on the car, "a job well done" . What else can I say. Integrity, honesty, superior craftsmanship, personal customer service. These people clearly love what they do. This shop is a Gem.
