I moved to Santa Rosa for work. I had no idea how rural it is here compared to big city life. With no family or friends for thousands of miles, the cost to take an Uber a few miles..:being stranded or not having a car became a a great fear. 6mos into my move my engine died. The dealership wanted 18k for a new engine and said they would need my car for 5-6mos and to get a loaner. Imagine how much it would cost in a loaner. I tried to get estimates. I had only been to Brian once. I returned to Brian to ask for guidance. Brian has time and time again provided me with reputable resources and quality craftsmanship even when it means he may not make a buck. I could not say that for anyone else who I have had to do business since arriving here. I never take someones word and always ask questions. Many take offense to this. Brian has always answered, explained and educated me about repairs versus just trust what I tell you and let me do my job attitude. He always gives a customer options. Thanks to Brian I saved 12k, had my car shipped a 100 miles, and a different dealership dropped a Brand New Engine, not refurbished within 3wks. He has come through for me time and time again. He is fair honest helpful and reliable and consistently offering great service. He is certain to always try to make your experience as as easy and stress less as possible. Hes a friendly funny nice guy who takes care of you and your car. That you can be certain.

Brian at Ace Automotive has been taking care of my older Honda for the past 5 years . He keeps it rolling down the road and does a great job for me. He has helped me many times on an urgent basis and has been extremely honest and helpful when I need my car repaired hes very responsive and upfront with everything . He is the best mechanic Ive ever used and the only one I trust.

I've had my Honda 2007 CRV serviced at ACE for years and am always pleased with the through inspection and care for my car. Brian explains things so even I, a 70+ woman, can understand and I trust his judgements and recommendations. Best service in all my driving years and respectful too!
