This business, with Brian Faulconer at the helm, is wonderful. They have been my go to car repair shop for over 20 years now. I have stayed with them for two reasons. First, they consistently maintain and repair my vehicle in a thorough and reliable way. I have never been concerned about being on the road because of them. Second, they have reliably demonstrated trustworthiness by clearly explaining what work they are doing on my vehicle and why. They have told what work I could hold off on, and what work they would not feel safe about letting me drive away without. In all of this explanation, they have also never made me feel clueless about the nature of the work. They have treated me with patience and respect. Anyone considering giving this business a try will be well pleased with their experience.
