That was intended to be 5 stars. I am sure u are all saying sure cause he is family. Not the case, I have been in the shop when other customers were there and found out other associates of mine take their vehicles to ACE automotive and everyone is treated with the same curtisy and respect. Brian makes you feel that the condition of your vehicle is the most important thing at the moment, and keeps records to know what has been done and what may need done in the future, allowing you to plan the more detailed maintance.

Quick, professional service. They keep better records on my car than my doctor does on me. Always knows where we are in service history. Brian makes it a joy. My car was purring afterwards.

I am a single/divorced woman with aging vehicles that Brian helps with. The best thing I can say is that I trust him. The second best is that he listens. He knows that I need to do the minimum this trip, and can do the other stuff next time, etc.
